The Popular Party of the Region of Murcia are witnessing at the preliminary research now matters before the Magistrate's Court for Murcia, with the aim of exercise of private prosecution against those who use, for their particular interests, the name or acronym of the party, to the detriment of their public image.
The PP recalls that at the time to know the facts, the party ousted the mayor and deputy mayor of Librilla so they no longer belong to the party.
The PP has always held the funds and remedies under the Political Parties Law supervised by the Court of Accounts which rejects and denounces any use of the initials of the Popular Party interests.
The Popular Party also rejects and denounces any use of the PP stands for illicit interests outside the party itself and initiate legal action against anyone who, with the intention to malign his public image, issue and disseminate them.
