The Civil Guard has developed over the past few days an investigation has been dismantled a clandestine greenhouse dedicated to the production and distribution of marijuana in Librilla, stopping further two people suspected of crimes against public health.

In the registry entry and practiced in a building located in a spot close to Librilla have arrested more than a dozen marijuana plants, numerous effects related to its cultivation and several weapons and ammunition.

This action is framed within the prevention services of public safety that the Guardia Civil de Murcia has enabled the detection and eradication of drug trafficking, production sites, sales and distribution of narcotics.

Civil Guard officers began a series of investigations to be aware of the existence of a point of production and distribution of marijuana.

In the first investigations conducted, the agents obtained evidence that marijuana production, was made in a building located in an area of the outskirts of Librilla, distributing this harmful substance in the whole region of Lower Guadalentín.

He then established a series of surveillance and monitoring, managing to locate the property where they do the work of cultivating marijuana and subsequent preparation and processing for distribution to other networks and potential consumers.

Once obtained all necessary evidence during yesterday morning, day 04, established the operational phase of this research, which made the entry and search of the property investigated, where two people were arrested, dismantled a underground gases used for growing marijuana and seizing a large number of marijuana plants, as well as weapons and ammunition.

This police action has arrested two people on suspicion of CRIME AGAINST PUBLIC HEALTH:

- Spanish, 45-year-old neighbor Librilla.

- Spanish, 37-year-old neighbor Librilla.

Substances seized

21 plants of cannabis sativa marijuana, with high levels of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), presented in various stages of production.

A clandestine greenhouse provided with all necessary elements to develop the production and cultivation of marijuana, such as artificial lighting devices (high power lamps), heating, timer, refrigeration, irrigation and growth-promoting elements.

Products and other tools for preparation for the subsequent distribution of drugs, such as packaging and precision scales.
